At Aerial Sport and Fitness, we strive to provide our clients with a unique and fun experience. Our instructors are trained in the latest techniques in aerial silks, offering a variety of classes for all ages and levels of experience. Our classes are designed to help build strength, increase flexibility, and build confidence and self-esteem. We use the highest quality fabric and Figure of 8 hooks and carabiners to ensure safety during our classes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced aerialist, our classes will help you achieve your goals.

AERIAL HOOP

Aerial Sport and Fitness offers an exciting way to get fit and have fun. Our unique classes provide a full-body workout, combining strength, flexibility, and endurance. We specialise in aerial hoop, also known as a 'Lyra', which is a large metal hoop suspended from the ceiling. Our instructors will teach you acrobatic moves and tricks on the hoop as well as routines and combinations. Benefits of aerial hoop include toning and strengthening muscles, as well as improving flexibility. Come join us and take your workout to the next level.

POLE

At Aerial Sport and Fitness, we offer a unique range of classes and activities that combine fitness with fun. Our Pole Sport/Fitness classes are perfect for an all over body workout. We use both a static and spinning pole to learn new tricks and routines, all while having a great time and building self confidence. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced pro, you’ll be sure to find something to enjoy at our studio.
